Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 February 2026

1) About us

This website is operated by RockVine (trading via Concrete-Tables.co.uk). References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean RockVine. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2) Products

  • Our tables are made to order and hand-finished. Natural variation in tone, texture, and pattern is part of the concrete character and is not considered a fault.

  • Colour samples, online images, and screen displays may vary from the final item.

3) Quotes, orders & payment

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise.

  • An order is confirmed once we accept it and payment (or deposit) is received.

  • We may request additional details (e.g., access, delivery constraints) before production begins.

4) Lead times

Lead times can vary depending on specification and workload. We’ll confirm an estimated lead time at the point of order and keep you updated.

5) Delivery & access

  • Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you in advance.

  • You are responsible for ensuring safe access, adequate space, and that the item can physically fit through entry points.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions not disclosed in advance, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or specialist handling.

6) Installation & handling

Where installation or positioning is included, it will be limited to agreed areas and access routes. Concrete is heavy; please follow our guidance on floor strength and suitability.

7) Cancellations & refunds (made-to-order)

Because our tables are made to your specification, cancellation terms differ from off-the-shelf items. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or may need to retain costs already incurred (materials, labour, specialist services).
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we’ll confirm what is possible and any applicable charges.

8) Faults & issues

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there’s a fault, notify us as soon as reasonably possible with photos and details. We’ll assess and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or offer a remedy in line with your statutory rights.

9) Care & maintenance

Concrete requires sensible care. Using harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or unsuitable cleaning products may damage the finish. Please follow our care guidance.

10) Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

11) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be handled by the relevant UK courts.
